It's possible you've developed plantar fasciatis. It is an inflammation of the heels do to excessive pounding or loading. It can be caused by fallen arches and is very common amongst athletes. A was to know if it is for certain, is if you have more pain walking as soon as you get out of bed in the morning. You can help yourself immensely by icing your heels after your jumps and getting an arch support insert for your shoes to prevent the fallen arches. You might need to rest for a few days to get rid of it. If you don't it can become chronic, which means you won't get rid of it.

i had the same problem at the begining of track and it went away after 2 weeks but i had to ice, rest, and whenever i had practice i would stretch them lightly 5 min before
