Do you ever feel sick after smoking a cigarette?!

somethimes in the morning it makes me throw up, but it happened especially when i was pregnant (NO, AT THE TIME I DID NOT KNOW I WAS PREGNANT)
I pick up a couple of older hitch hikers yesterday and they rode in my car for 2 hours. It seemed that they took turns hacking the whole way. At one point I gag out loud. So I think that I can answer for them and say yes.
sometimes i feel sick. I enjoy occasionally enjoy a cigarette. By occasionally I mean every few weeks or months. The last time I smoked a cigarette before today was about 3 months ago.
I smoked a cigarette on the drive home tonight and it felt good. HOWEVER, I decided to smoke another one while walking my dog and now I have a headache, i feel sick and I have heartburn. I think there is only so much one can take. Plus I inhaled the smoke very deeply.
This happens when you take in more nicotine than your body is used to, or too fast. It is most common when you first start smoking and don't have much of a tolerance to nicotine, but it can happen to even heavy smokers if they smoke too much too fast.
Just slow down!
