Twitching bottom eye lid has been bothering me for two weeks and I have a headac!
Question: My bottom eyelid has been twitching for two weeks now and along with it I have a headache. Both are on my left side. My headache is mainly above my left ear. What could this be? I do have Tourettes, could this be something with it?

Could be a magnesium deficiency.
Well, obviously I'm not a doctor, but I had an experience similar to that some time ago.
It turned out to be nothing more serious than stress! the twitching appeared out of nowhere, and then when the stressful situation was resolved......voila......the twitch and headaches were gone.
So maybe you should look closely at your life and see if there's something that's seriously bothering you, and if so, see if you can take care of that.

You might want to go to the doctor, might be an infection bothering a nerve
It's stress and tension . It's a vicious cirlce because the more you worry about what is wrong with you, the longer this twitching will go on. try to relax and forget about it and you will find it will go away. Thie headache is caused also by the tension so don't worry and both things will disappear.
i agree with hwat th eothers said but go to a doctor and have it checked also have the doctor check you for bells palsy.
