I think i pulled a arm muscle?!

Question: hey i've been having my right arm problem for a while it went away for a while but then i started playing a lot more sports nd recently got into arm wrestles nd then i felt it very strongly again. like where my joint is from my elbow so everytime id put pressure even on my hand i would feel it from there. but right now its gone but im scared it might happen again if i arm wrestle another dude or play a sport that involes that much power it might start hurting again. im pretty sure it has nothing to do with my shoudler cause thats fine so what can i do about this? leave it alone for a while? pretty sure its still there right now if i tried arm wrestling anyone it would start to hurt insanely again.

This sounds like ligament damage , rest it or you may end in the op room

If you leave something alone for a while it may help... If you know what I mean

I agree with pebbles sounds like you have strained some ligaments, they should heal on their own unless you do no t afford them the time necessary to heal, six mo or more.
