Worried! Vision blurring!?!

Question: The last few days ive been feeling...funny. I feel really 'out of it'. My eyes feel wierd, everything is strangley in and out of focus, like if im looking at someone the rest is almost like bluring into a circle around it. It makes me feel like im going to fall over just not to the point that i actually do fall over!

It started yesterday and i jsut felt dizzy but hyperactive. It feels like im floadting and like im lightheaded, but im drinking enough water, because this is what i originally thought it was! And im not hungry etc.

Also ive been feeling confused, like i keep mixing up my days, and its not normal for me to this extent, i thought it was next friday today and tomorrow is next saturday, at most i get mixed up with the date!

Does anyone have any idea what could be wrong?

Hi Joellie
I would suggest you visit your GP ASAP.
The syptoms can point to a number of things, some minor and some more major, so you should seek treatment urgently.
This information is not and should not be used or relied upon as medical advice, it is only intended as a rough guide.

Dizziness can be anything from a middle ear infection, low blood sugars, Vertigo or many things, Confusion symptoms point to diabetes, medication side effects,High blood presure, and many other things
Dehydration could be some of the symtoms described, Dehydration produces dry mouth and tongue, decreased or absent urination, sunken eyes, and wrinkled skin. As the brain becomes affected, there may be dizziness, confusion and coma. It can produce hypotension, or low blood pressure, severe thirst, increase in heart rate and rapid breathing. Although you may consider you are drinking enough water, do you realyse you need at least the total water intake should be 3.7 litres per day for men and 2.7 litres per day for women. So that is average daily rates so you quite easily might not be drinking enough.
