Crackling sound in my head?!
Question: I'll just be sitting around doing nothing and out of no where this weird crackling or crunching will be going on up at the top of my head, I can hear it and feel it...
Everyone thinks I'm crazy but I know what I am feeling...

Can you tell where the cracking comes from? It could be your ears, something known as Eustachian Tube Dysfunction. If you can "pop" your ears, sometimes it will help ease the discomfort for a little while. It's fluid build up behind the tympanic membrane in the ear. It can be a symptom of sinus disease, or inner ear issues. I would suggest seeing an ENT doc, or at least your regular doc.
If it happens when you move your head, and is more towards the back of your head, you could have some degeneration inyour cervical spine. I would suggest seeing your doc and having it checked out.

if not, do some exercises man... this helped me
when you get a cracklin sound it has to do with a problem with your ear. don't put that off as it can cause damage the longer you wait.
