I have terrible shoulder pains!?!

Question: So after bout 8:00PM i start to get these terrible shoulder pains. Normally i just deal with it and move on, but lately it's been really bad and i don't know what to do because i WILL NOT use drugs to stop it.

My boy friend was lightly rubbing my shoulder and i almost cried it felt soo bad. (and that was even the less painful of the both shoulders.)
I can't take it anymore. if i can get a massage to stop the pain what will? I've tried yoga and stuff to try and lessen the pain but nothing's worked so far.

please help.

Go to your doctor and figure out what is causing the pain. If it is just stress and poor posture consider finding a personal trainer, massage therapist, physical therapist, chiropractor and acupuncturist to help you.

It always amazes me that people try to find answers to their health problems here and would trust strangers who know nothing about them to diagnose their condition and offer advice.

Go to a good massage therapist to help break up the tension. There might be some pain involved but it is only a reflection of how much tight the muscles really are and if it is really bad it will need lots of work to relieve. In most cases the cause of the pain is not really where the pain is but some misalignment in your posture.
