Cant sleep at night?!


Question: i cant sleep at night, but this isnt your normal case, i cant sleep at night because of music! constantly all day and all night long my favorite songs (or sometimes terrible songs) are continuously playing thru my head, drums, guitar bass and all. i have tried your basic melatonin and sleep aid pills and new good mattress etc. but nothing helps

try getting some of those comfortable small earbuds and playing your songs quietly at night when you go to bed. i have trouble sleeping and thats what i do. my doctor said it odesnt matter if its fast music or slow music just dont turn it up too loud

its better tat u need to consult a psychiatrist. He can help u out. U may really be stressed out.

It sounds like you need to get your super active mind to unwind. You should not be using any stimulants such as coffee, caffiene, or tobacco. You may need more physical exercise, a better diet, or both.

drink some laban.

listen to music really low, like background music when you go to bed.

try some relaxation music instead maybe the music you here gets your adrenaline going and thats why you cant sleep try to do some small yoga positions before going to bed dont eat heavy meals too. try these for a day or two if this doesnt work go to your doctor and ask to be referred to a therapist. Try listening to slow relaxing music or reading a book yo take your mind off music and it will give your mind something to think about rather then songs. Meditation and yoga is actually really helpful to help clear your mind and relax you. It makes you concentrate on your breathing and your inner self rather then thoughts in you head. You could try writing down all the thoughts in your head before bed. Also writing a to do list will help you not worry about other things. I don't think the writing down thoughts or a to do list will help with the songs but it might help clear your mind which would help with the songs or your mind might start thinking about something you have to do tomorrow etc which would take your mind of songs.
