Don't go full out just yet and reinjure yourself. Ankles are nasty parts of the body and are so prone to reinjury. You really want to make sure the ankle is strong and proprioception (body's awareness in space) is restored...which is why it is so commonly injured.
A good exercise to do is balance on one foot (your healthy foot) and then switch to your injured side. Balance will probably be off. So spend 30 seconds on your injured side balancing with your eyes open. When you can do that, progress and close your eyes. When you can do that, put your arms in different positions. But DO NOT just go out as if nothing happened. I'd hate to you reinjure or even sustain a worse injury because of it.
Get better.

try in about two more days and try it out then

make sure u strech ur foot by pressing down on it (gently) while pointing your foot. be careful, if you need to tape or put ur ankle in a brace for the first few days that should help. be careful and don't do really hard stunts

Go for it,
I've sprained my ankles heaps of times during basketball practise sessions and matches. I've also hurt my wrist and my shoulder. Don't worry about it. Ignore the pain, besides 3 days is plenty for recovery. I once hurt my ankle the day before the finals 2 years ago n i played pretty well in the finals
=)

Exercise your sprained ankle.Gradually increase the intensity... i guess running will do. but before that do some stretching on it.

you can practice now..
