go to sleep erlier and when you wake up wash your face with cold water. Have breckfast!!

Go to sleep earlier, most people need 7 to 8 hours of sleep. Youcan't wake up because you are not rested.

keep reminding urself wht time u have to wake up in tha morning??
hire a nanny to throw water on u

Wow, you are in the same position as me! I get 7-8 hours a night, I have 2 alarm clocks, my cell phone goes off every 5 min. for an hour and i am still sleeping through it all. I rush to work every day and i have no time to "wake up". But i did start going to bed earlier and making myself get out of bed to turn off the alarm and head straight to the shower. It helps but it still is really hard!! Good luck

I had this problem for years and it wasn't for lack of character. I really felt it was a biological issue. As I've become older, it's disappeared, if that gives you hope...although it doesn't help you now. I've found that I needed to be woken gradually. I would set many alarm clocks, at intervals and at a far distance. If it's even nearby me, I will simply shut it off. One alarm goes off. I get up and turn it off. 5 minutes later, another alarm goes off. Eventually, my mind would start to wake up. And so on. I'm down to 2 alarms and I'm okay, never late. I truly understand what you're going through and it was so embarrassing for me. I wasn't lazy. I didn't understand it. I still don't fully, but I do have compassion for your issue.
Another thing you can do is to train your mind. While you're lying in bed, meditate briefly on the time you need to wake up. Your brain has an internal clock that keeps ticking. Check the time on your clock before you do this. Focus on the numbers. Make the numbers very visual in your brain. It will help your brain to focus on waking up.
