Weird back..maybe neck pain going into my arms?!
Question: its been happening alot but usually only when i wake up and today it was all day... my neck when i move it any way hurts on the right side of my back like my upper back where the two 'wings' are, and it hurts down my triceps, its like an annoying pain i don't know how to explain it... any ideas? could it have to do with my physical therapy on my legs??? my walking is messed up a little

Try sleeping with no pillow for one night. It may be becuase your pillows are too big, and your neck is getting twisted when you sleep.

it does depend...im sorry about ur pain, i experience the same pain you do, with my back, neck, and "wings" as you call them. if u r having this pain, you might want to go and revaluate your physical thearpy routine with your legs...of course, you may just fine...and its the adjusting part that your body's not quiet used to yet...BUT, check with a chiropractor ASAP!

It sounds like you have a deep knot that is referring pain. Make an appointment with a local massage therapist and request trigger point therapy. This should help alot. I hope this helps! :) Good luck!
