I'm worried that someone has hurt my lower back, if you know anything about !

Question: I'm 185cm (6.07 foot) and 114kg (250 pounds), I'm not a fit person, and have a big frame. I was in my college gym and I got onto a rowing machine. The person using it before me left the handle at the top. I had already strapped my feet in, and couldn't reach forward to grab it. The person rowing next me said "just reach" and as I was trying to reach it, while he was rowing, he suddenly pushed me forward, as he was on my left, I was pushed forward and more to the left and felt about two crackles in my lower back in the left hip area, but I didn't feel a sudden pain. Its been four days later now and I seem to be feeling a constant cooling sensation in my lower back in that left hip area. When I lie down on the bed I feel that there is pressure on my lower back, and when I stretch from side to side, I feel pain in my left hip, but not my right one. Could it be broken bones or nerve damage? Is there anyway to check and put my mind at ease? Please answer if you have the knowledge, thank you

It could be a pinched nerve, or a pulled/strained muscle. Either way....go to your nearest drug store/ pharamacy and get some ibprofen...it'd like motrin, or advil. take like 2 every 4-6 hours. Get you a heating pad and alternate between that and an ice pack every 20 mins when possible. You also might want to take it easy for a few days!! I doubt that you've broken anything. If you had it would have been immediate severe pain. But remember this will make it feel better, but that doesnt mean you shouldnt go to the doctor and get checked out.
Hope you feel better!
Best of Luck

You should go see a doctor. Sometimes waiting can make it even worse. They might be able to treat it.....sometimes if you wait, it's harder to treat. Go see a doctor!!! Feel better!!
