If you threw up it's probably because you worked your body more than you're used to? It really might just be from lack of oxygen and build up of lactic acid.

Okay either your head cap is like tight or your dehydrated.
you are probably dehydrated. get drinks after sets or get a water bottle.ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS happened to me all the stinkin time. i got really maddddd!!
