Bleeding from the mouth?!
Question: when my boyfriend wakes up he usually has dry blood on his lips and blood on the pillow, only a small bit. this happens all the time though....whats wrong?

He should probably check his tongue and cheeks for any sores/ bite marks. He could be biting himself while he sleeps. If this is the case, get him a mouth guard. If not, tell him to go see his doctor, it could be a GI disorder such as bleeding ulcers or something. Hope this helps.
Most likely it's probably from his gums. If his gums bleed when he's brushing his teeth it could mean he has tartar build up. He should mention it to his dentist and see if getting his teeth cleaned stops the bleeding
If he also has unexplained bruises and loss of hair, he might have scurvy (Vitamin C deficit)
