Why do my joints click a lot?!

Question: for ages I've had a habit of clicking my fingers and I'm worried if one day it will damage my finger joints? Also it's as if they need clicking because they sometimes hurt if I don't click them. Also my other joints such as my knees, elbows and shoulders click frequently, why is this? My toes sometimes get cramp and are very painful until they click and then they feel better. Is there something wrong with me? How can I stop this from happening?

mine do the same thing, and there is absolutely NO evidence that popping your joints causes damage later in life. It does NOT lead to arthritis or other disorders. It is just the fluid that naturally fills your joints releasing bubbles that causes the popping noise. I know what you mean about feeling like things "need" to pop. Try stretching your joints if you dont like cracking them as often, do stretches that stretch the ligaments around those joints, that helps me sometimes.

I have a habit of this i went the doctors and he said that you need to take alot of fish oils and vitimains you might be lacking in them just like me .. dont get worried just stop it now so nothing will happen

This advice really works!!!

i mite be brokeing so you should go to the docter.
