Anyone ever experienced sleep paralysis?!
Question: Today I dozed off for a couple of moments at school and when I woke up I couldn't movie. I was trying to sit back up bu couldn't. It was brief only a couple of seconds and luckily I didn't hallucinate anything. What was it like for you?

yeah iv had it once full body, and then a few times iv woken up and my throat and tongue have been completely numb as though i was choking. sleep convulsions are worse, where your legs twitch.
ya, it happens all the time, when i wake up in the middle of the night. no big.
