No, the APAP is acetaminophen-tylenol. It causes your blood to thin which can cause bleeding.

The nausea is probably due to the hydrocodone, but the APAP also causes this as well.

Eat something or drink milk with it next time and it should help the nausea.

and I would also like to add, the 7.5/500 means it has 7.5mg of hydrocodone and 500mg of APAP in one pill. You shouldn't take over 4000mg of the APAP a day.

Try takin one and a half next time, you should only take 2.5-10mg of hydrocodone every 3-6 hours.

Many pain meds can thin the blood somewhat. I wouldn't worry about that unless it starts to bleed and you can't stop it. Taking 2 of that dosage seems like a lot. Are you sure you were to take 2? They are probably causing your stomach to be upset.

The nausea may be from the Vicodin. The nose bleed is not. You might try adjusting the dose. Two tablets is a pretty hefty dose. One or one and a half may be sufficient.

Listed from the website drugs.com here is the side effects

Other, less serious side effects may be more likely to occur. Continue to take hydrocodone and acetaminophen and talk to your doctor if you experience
