i scuba dive, and when you go down you are supposed to equalize (plug your nose and breathe out through it). If you don't do this, you can hurt your ear, like you did. I don't think there is anything that will speed up the healing, just give it some time. To prevent it from happening again, if you are diving down be sure to equalize (if the thing I said above doesn't work you can also try yawning, wiggling your jaw, or swallowing) also, make sure you come up slowly. This is because there is positive pressure inside your ear, and when you go down, or up, the pressure on the outside of your ear gets uneven, and starts to push against your eardrum, causing the pain. When you equalize, it balances out the pressure in your ear with the outside pressure...
hope that made sense lol
and hope you get well soon!

don't put anything in it. sounds like you ruptured your ear drum. it will heal on its on. put some cotton in there to prevent anything else from getting in.

Well get a hearing aid :P
Duh!

Go to the doctor and get it checked out Monday.
