Feel dizzy, a little light head and weak.?!

Question: i had what i thought was a panic attack yesterday, i get them quite often. But after i had it i've fealt quite weak and dizzy and fealt slightly sick, it's worrying me a bit, feels like im gunna pass out or something. And my arms feel weak. I do suffer from anxiety, but this has been since the attack yesterday, my pulse is strong and around 80BPM and when i put pressure on a part of my hand the blood returns quickly, so my blood pressures all good i think. And im not pale or yellow, and theres no other symptoms, im quite worried.

It sounds like an extended anxiety attack which can include weakness, dizziness and feeling queasy. Though the queasiness could be from the dizziness.

Do you take medicine for your anxiety? Then take 1/2 to 1 now.
Drink lots of water to stay hydrated...make sure you eat something...lean protein on whole grain bread, fruit.

Try to stop worrying...what is the worst it could be? The worst would be a virus or flu which you will recover from.
However, since this started with a panic attack, I think it's associated.

You will be okay.
