Endless Crying?!

Question: when i get started its hard for me to stop crying - the issues play in my head again and i start crying again. and i expect myself to be ok after i've cried a little. I didn't know there was so much pain inside or maybe i'm just weak? i don't know, but then the next day after a good nights sleep i can cope emotionally. I didn't know i was this weak of a person. i don't know whats happening to me - this never used to happen to me this much - i kind of get like this every month, feel quite emotional.

How can someone cry so much?

Crying is a natural bodily function and it is nothing to be ashamed of. If you feel that you are crying too much there could be a physiological reason behind it.

You said that after a good night's sleep you feel good. Are you getting enough sleep each night?

Are you depressed about anything?

Going by your picture I am assuming that you are a woman. Does it happen around the same time every month? Does it happen right before your period?

If you feel that it is become really bothersome and you still cannot figure out the cause go see your doctor, you may just need to talk to someone to get your emotions out instead of letting them bottle up inside of you.

Best of luck

Clear your mind and think of something that makes you happy!

You just need to tell someone all your problems and you will feel fine again. There is nothing wrong with crying becuause we are all human.

Take anti depressants, it will numb you, then you wont cry so much

You have to let it out your feelings to someone. It's wrong to suppress your feelings. Trust me on this, I've been there...as long as it's someone you love and trust; people can help, you just have to ask for help sometimes =)

Well I was going to say it sounds like depression, but your last line kind of gave it away. You said this happens every month.

Well the worst time for young ladies and woman are 14 days before and 14 days after your period. That is when we get angry, have mood swings, or cry the most.

Have you ever tried Midol, or premsyn? It helps with these issues. There is Midol for teens and they also have Midol extra strength. I believe they do have generic brands too, just make sure the same ingredients are in both.

Talk to your Mother about this, she has been there. And that is what us Mom's are there for.

As soon as you find yourself getting upset take the midol or whatever brand you pick up and give it 20 minutes. My daughter would be crabby and I would tell her to go take her "B" pills, and she would yell back it is not that time of the month. Like I said 14 days before and 14 days after. She would go take them and come down 20 minutes later just fine.

Like I said chat with MOM, and see what she has to say. If she says to try the Midol, go for it. If it doesn't work and you are still crying and feeling the way you do, then it is time to visit your doctor. And I would suggest a female doctor and a gynecologist.

Good luck to you, let me know how you are doing.

I totally understand, been there myself as a teen, things just eat away at you or just the smallest thing bothers you.

Hugs Mary Lynn
