Worried about everything..?!


Question: There are a tonne of things I'm really worried about at the moment. :/ Can anybody give me advise of a way to clear my head? Some sort of theraputic method of clearing out all these problems?

Sometimes we look at life like a huge elephant sandwich and we try and eat the whole lot in one go....but dont. Look at it in manageable tiny bite size peices.
Write your worries down one by one on a sheet of paper, and then tackle each one, get a friend to help - and come up with the solutions.
Also, try and get some relaxation tapes and practise good healthy breathing, many of us dont breath properly!
If you are feeling suicidal then you may have a little depression, in which case you must go to your doctor as they can help. They can also put you in touch with local mental health community groups who can help with stress and anxiety management.
You are going through a very tough time in your life right now, your hormones will be all over the place and its frightening being neither a child or a grown up - be kind to yourself.

Exercise. Listen to Music. It works, wonders.

Meowwww kitty girl. and something that can clear your head is beer. If you don't drink try relaxing/sleeping.

what are you worried about? you shouldnt waste your time worrying about things just live for the moment and enjoy life

You need to talk to someone you trust like your parents or friends. Talking helps gets all your problems off your chest and then you feel better after doing that.

Try relaxing with your friends. Its always easy to forget your worries with someone you know very well.

Talking usually works for me, find someone who will listen whilst you offload. Its amazing how much better you'll feel.

listen to some smooth music and eat soome cold stuff icecream milkshake etc and sleep

go for a walk in the park on your own

If you go to the doctor they will give you a book entitled "Gaining control of your life: a self help workbook for anxiety". I have one of these - actually I have two - and they contain tips and exercises to help you to challange your worrying thoughts and help to become less anxious. It's a really effective book, it's helped me.

it depends on what the problems are, if i knew i would try to help in any way i can. theraputic cant get rid of them. they will still be there if not dealt with.
