Can playing solitaire on the computer add to brain function?!

Hey! Any game that stimulates the brain and makes you think and try to figure puzzels out is a good exercise! I think solitare would be a very good example of this, as well as memory games and logic games (such as sudoku, etc). Crosswords, word finds, board games such as upword, scrabble (and even strategy games such as monopoly or battleships, etc) are all very good at maintaining and keeping good brain functions. It has also been shown through studies that it helps keep away dementia and alzheimers. I hope this has been helpful. I wish you the best!!!

I am sure of it, all of those word and play games help your brain to function more properly for longer periods of time as you grow older.
I know for a fact that crossword puzzles help to delay Alzheimer's....
