Piercing help, please!?!
Question: I was thinking of getting a conch piercing. I'm trying to do a bit of research and I read that it's done in 14 and up guages. Do you think the pain will be worth it? If you want you can tell me about your expirience. I am pretty young and my mom might take me to get a new piercing, I haven't asked if I can get a conch piercing but I really want it. What other exotic piercings are there that you think I can get? I have mild pain tolerance. Thanks!

Assuming you are talking about a conch piercing (in your ear) rather than wherever the other answer was referring to! I have 2 of these, one in each ear, both at the guage they were pierced at, so probably a 14. I had one done with a bar, and it healed after about 7 months. the other was done with a ring, and after 7 months of pain and no sleep - really difficult - i decided to remove it. If you do get this piercing, think carefully about which side you sleep on.
There are loads of other things you can get, especially in your ears - search for tragus, rook, inner helix etc.

huns i will give you some advice please dont get it done. getting pierced down there is pretty painful and your area is already senative as it is without getting a bar or ring down there.
I have heard of nasty stories in where people i know got themselves pierced and they had to take it out staright away.
If you want to get it done do more research but at the same time think very carefully.
I would never get a piercing ever and to be honset with you is it worth all the hasstle.
