I have a dull ache in my back when I need to use the restroom.?!
Question: Do you think I might have a bladder infection or kidney something, or Urinary Tract Infection? It has been going on for about a month now...there is no burning sensation when I pee but at the end when my bladder is giving the last drops, there is a burning pain in the bladder or something...not sure where its coming from. Any ideas?

Definitely sounds like a bladder infection. Mine were always so painful so I only wish mine were only a dull ache in my back. Sometimes though I get the dull ache when I am not drinking enough water and it goes away almost instantly with a full glass of water. But I've learned never to fool around with bladder infections-they will progress into your kidneys and it's not fun. Go to your local pharmacy and they now have home kits to check if you have a UTI.
you may have a lower gi problem . go to your doctor
Definitely sounds like a bladder infection. Get an antibiotic. They can test your urine at the doc for blood and infection. I had one for months and did not realize what was going on....
