MIGRAINES - please help!?!

Question: Okay, so I've had migraines since I was 15 - possibly before then - can't remember, it's been over 3 years. They used to come every 2 weeks.. over the past 6 months settled into three weeks. I can get a feel for when they come on, they come on schedule never miss a day. This past month I've only had one - but it wasn't on the "schedule" if that makes sense. I had one on a Sunday, not severe at all - no nausea throwing up etc. nothing. Usually they last for 24+ hours, this one maybe 4 hours. I believe that one was from no sleep and stress. That's the only one I've had, and they've been coming less often, it's been two weeks since my "own schedule one" has came, so it's extremely late... anyone know if i'm possibly growing out of them? I'm sorry - but I just need some hope - I don't even know if you can actually "grow out" of them. I just want to know if anyone know what's going on with my migraines? Maybe my hormones are starting to balance out? Thank you so much.

I still have migraines and I'm a teenager as well. They're not so severe as to give me nausea, however they're constant. They don't go away whatsoever. I've been like this for probably a year and a half. There's always hope!

Looking at your family history, you can probably get a glimpse at when your hormones are beginning to simmer down. Ask parents or grandparents when theirs did.

It's very important to keep on a schedule. The second I get off of mine, the headache worsens. It's vital to get an amount of sleep that's best suited to you--probably 7-9 hours--and to find ways to relieve stress. A hot shower or bath always works wonders on my head! =]

The best thing you can do is to take it easy, yet be observant. Try to focus in on what could be causing it. Leave no room for there to be questions. (Exercise if you can without dizziness or nausea, eat foods that are easy on your stomach like rice, bagels, yogurt, mashed potatoes, or pasta) You definitely could be growing out of it. I have an acquaintance that used to get migraines all throughout her childhood and one day, they just simmered down and stopped.

Don't lose hope!

Get some natural Blackstrap Molasses. The potassium will help big time....

I was told by a doctor they are less frequent as you are older andif you take birthcontol pills sometimes as with hormonal migranes birth control makes them worse. Hope you have a good neurologist. I stopped taking the pill and after a year they were almost gone. Now after 13 years I rarely have one unless I eat a lot of aged cheeses.

It may be harmonic imbalance or energy imbalance, pl see what suits you.
If you are in cold country use all warm things.
Pl try cold water bath and observe if in hot country, if pain increases use warm.
If you have cough/cold body hot water bath will help.
Massage and exercise in front of morning sun is good thing, pl try.
Pl try simple acupressure given below for immediate relief.
If it fails you will have to go for Acupuncture.

There is hardly any medicine for H/A OR MIGRAINE. Not only these but for RA, OA, Back ache, Ear ache/ringing, Stomach ache and almost all painful diseases. Hence they become chronic.

Acidity, WORRY, sadness, excessive wind, cold , heat, sour food and sinusitis, constipation, intestinal inflammation; drug side effects, stress, bad smell, TV & COMPUTER SOMETIMES, Blockage in the flow of Vital Energy, BODY CONSTITUTION etc are their causes.
None of them can be treated with medicine.
Our 100% success in treating migraine &H/A confirms it.

Acupuncture is the best treatment.
I can treat it with naturopathy and YOG, but how can you manage pl see.

Pain killers don't treat the pain but we loose the sense of pain for some time; in that duration our body itself treats sometime and credit goes to meds.
The useless drugs have tremendous power of side effects like liver/kidney failures, ulcer, inflammation of intestines and lot more.

Avoid late sleeping if possible; worry, tension, spicy foods, sour fruits, stale bakery foods, SMOKING and alcohole.

Sweet foods, COCOANUT WATER,sweet fruits like dates, milk, rice, SPROUTS, SALADS and good sleep will help if cough is not there.

But you try one herbal remedy- two drops of drumstick leaves' juice in opposite nostril if one side pains and both nostrils if full H/A will give you rescue. Betel leaf helps but it is very strong.

If it is acute pl search a painful point (with round tipped pen/jimmy) 3-6 mm behind your thumb nail and press it, H/A will disappear within 30 seconds.

For forehead/eye pain the points are in front of nails on the finger tips or 3-7 mm below.

It may disappear naturally too.
