These sleeping habits are not good for you. No, you will not blow up, that's rubbish! However, sleeping too much makes you sluggish and you loose your energy. Set ground times to sleep and to wake up. Try sleeping at 10pm and waking up at 7am, or 11pm to 8am. You should get around nine hours of good sleep. If you are tired, try a thirty minute nap, which is actually good for you.

nah your good

you wont blow up, but yes sleeping too much can be just as bad as not sleeping enough, go to bed at a decent hour and sleep for 6 to 8 hrs and get up and stay up

you won't blow up. sleeping is never bad. but just think, you are sleeping you life away. I say sleep atleast 10 hours a day. The longer you sleep the groggier you feel, thus causing you to want to sleep more. And try hitting the sack before 12? It's sumemr I know but don't you want to do something besides sleep all day?

No, but dont eat a lot before you go back to sleep because it turns to fat. I'm not being mean, just telling you the facts. Try eating like an hour before you go to sleep

You need around nine hours of sleep a night. Too much or too little will make you feel groggy. I don't think it's the amount of sleep you're getting, but your sleeping schedule.
Honestly, I have about the same schedule on the weekends, but it is not a healthy one. Trying to "catch up" on sleep, will only leave you feeling even more tired in the long run. Try going to bed a couple hours earlier and waking up earlier in the morning. Drink some tea in the morning to wake you up, or eat protein and carbs to provide you with energy.

Ok, well, i think that you should try to stay awake. It's not like it is bad but if you sleep allot well hers an example. Well......peaches are good for you, but if you eat it to much then it would be bad for you. You see. So if i were you i would go to bed at about 10:00p.m and wake up at about 8:00a.m. Then do what you have to do and if you finish everything that you have to,need to, and want to do then you can go back to sleep. So in conclusion it isn't bad but if you have it to much then it could be a little bad.
