At least 5 small portion meals per day:
5 types of fresh fruits/vegies
FIBER:whole wheat breads, flax seed, oat meal, cream of wheat
Nuts (Protien) about 1/4 cup per day
Fish, chicken 5oz. per day

NO RED MEAT...DAIRY..."ANYTHING WHITE" (pasta, white bread, rice, potatoes) NO NO NO !!!!!
NO SUGAR, SODAS, ALCOHOL !!!
Most important: Suppliments (Vitamins), and a stool softner
LOTS OF WATER !!!
Trust me, it will boost your energy, lose weight, and not keep anything in your system more than 8-12 hours.

NO FAST FOOD !!

I lost 80 lbs. in 1 year, and changed my life !!
KEY WORD: METABOLISM

Epson salt + warm water. You can buy Epson Salts at the drug store. Generally it's in a carton-looking box or a bag. It has multiple uses...it's a natural laxative (the instructions are usually on the box) and it's also a great way to have a soaking-bath. Draws toxins out of your skin while you relax.

I also agree w/the post below that suggest fiber (try benifiber powder - it's tasteless and dissolves in water).

Certainly, if they have too much of something that you don't need.

If you're not allergic to prune juice, drink some of that.

Fiber:

1. Whole-grain foods (such as bran cereals) and breads (those made with whole wheat grains).
2. Fresh fruits (including the skin and pulp).
3. Dried or stewed fruits (such as prunes, raisins, or apricots).
4. Root vegetables (such as carrots, turnips, potatoes, or cassava which has twice the fiber of potatoes!).
5. Raw or fresh vegetables, such as cabbage. (Lettuce is actually low in fiber.)

# Drink plenty of liquids, including fruit or vegetable juices and water. (aloe vera juice, too) Drink at least six cups of water or fluid a day.
# Eat slowly. Chew your food thoroughly. This allows the saliva and digestive juices of the stomach, liver, and pancreas to break down food more easily. It may also help prevent problems from developing in the lower digestive tract.
# Eat your meals at regular intervals

A regular Multi-vitamin is probably okay, but Vitamin C tablets DO make you constipated. I found that out the hard way. I have constipation problems too, best thing besides laxatives are lots and lots of water and soluble fiber. Good luck!

Taking to much calsium can bind you up. Also try switching to soft gel and avoid tabs as they absord quicker. Drink full glass water. Prune juice once twice week can help and stool softners which are not as harse acting as a laxative. Try to drink 8 glasses daily. It may help to put it in picture and serve out of it so you can see if you drank enough. Tea and coffee count also. Also warm drinks help stimulate bowels. But may need more fiber such as celery, carrots, salad, spinish. *mamatx

.In general they should not and will just go through your kidneys.
If constipated what works very well for me is "All Bran Cereal..
It don't taste that good, but instead of using milk in it try orange juice.
For me it works very quickly.

Except eat some cellulose food ,you need to drink more water and do some sports .maybe honey can help you .

Yes they do. Take a enema
