... idiot

i wont tell you how to break it because you shouldn't
but i can tell you that it will hurt a lot and if you hurt it to server then it might not be able to heal properlly

Good lord, are you that Irish girl that was asking these same questions months ago? Get over yourself. If you really wanted to break your arm, you'd have done it by now.

Can you hear yourself?????

Why not the forearm instead ?

It is an extremely bad idea to break your hand or your wrist, ESPECIALLY the wrist. Don't mess with those bones - you WILL regret it in the future, whether it is due to decreased range of movement immediately after healing, or due to accelerated osteoarthritis in 20 years' time.

If you break your forearm your wrist has to be in plaster too (the joints above and below the fracture need to be immobilised otherwise your doctor needs to go back to med school).

Forearm bones break "relatively" easily, and usually heal very nicely in three to four weeks (six to eight for adults).

Get someone to hit you with a baseball bat and "protect yourself" by raising the arm you want broken, upward to meet the bat. It should work nicely.

Also, you could soak some cloth in vinegar and keep it around the area where you want it to break for two days then break it like I mentioned above; the vinegar softens the bone a little bit.

But HONESTLY, breaking any bone in your body on purpose is a bad idea.

yes it hurts very much but you may end up always having problems with this hand. but if you asking me for any suggestions on ways to break your hand i cant do this. it sounds as if you are trying to get out of something. grow up and take responsibiliy for your own life and future. sorry to be so harsh but you needed it.

it hurt A LOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
it's a stupid idea
seriosly
are you emo or somthing?!?!?

yes it hurts. and dont think it will always just heal back nicely! some people end up with chronic deformity of the hands, arms or grip stregnth reduction when you break your arm. DO NOT do it for any reason!! there is nothing worth the possibility of having a life long deformity.
