nothing really, just put ice and take advil to help ease the pain. im not sure if warm water will help loosen it up.
Well I eat some advil and hmm well also I write about it nothing else really?
Hmmmm........ you could put a cast or sprain on i dont think its neccessary, just... put ice on it and it should heal and swelling should go down!
