Ear Gauging: Why are my ears always scabbing?!

Question: I've been stretching my ears for the past couple of months, and everytime I do so, my ears start scabbing up. I frequently clean my ears with Peroxide, but it still starts to scab and my skin starts peeling. Whats up with that?

You're probably stretching them before your ears are healed. You may need to let your ears heal more than the average person.

See if you can soak the scab area with some warm water and sea salt for like 5 minutes a day then pat it dry...make sure you don't pull or tug on any scabs.

If things don't clear up then you should see a doctor, because you might either be allergic to something or have an infection. Before you stretch your ear to a bigger gauge, tell the person what happened last time and see if what they suggest....to either wait or have a better solution for preventing the same event.
