Is this true about accident injuries do you have any examples of this?!

Question: You may not even know you are injured because little aches can seem minor immediately following an accident as our bodies find ways to compensate for the pain. One such example of this is Facet Syndrome, a condition where pain is brought on suddenly by certain body positions and then relieved by others. Eventually these pains will lead to larger problems if not treated properly. Spinal stenosis, commonly referred to as a pinched nerve, will only grow worse over time. This can lead to decreased mobility and the simplest of tasks, once performed without any difficulty, can soon become impossible. We at Accident Injury Diagnosis Treatment Center are experts at treating all of these conditions.

Sounds pretty extreme and awfully "spiced up" for marketing purposes. Facets are simply the normal joints between our spinal vertebrae and can become injured, but it isn't neccessarily what I would consider a compounding injury and precursor to later, very serious problems. Spinal stenosis is not synonomous with pinched nerve either. Spinal stenosis is simply narrowing of some of the canals of our spine where nerves often run. That narrowing can cause some impinging and pain, but again, not always. Just because something is present, doesn't make it pathological or symptomatic. Spinal stenosis is really never caused by trauma either...it is mostly caused from degeneration. Facets are more likely to be injured with trauma. Hope this helps you out...good luck
