its possible your muscles may tighten in there from heat etc. if your blood rate increases your muscles will tighten which can cause pain and when you step out into the coldness it can cause pain from your body being overheated to cold.

Maybe you have some cuts or some sort of bruises on it.
Have you looked at it lately?

Well are you arching it while you jerk off or something. I dont understand your question.

I would go to the doctors if it hurts really bad...maybe you stand too long?

u may stand differntly in the shower!
bend over alot to wash urself

try going to get a massage they may find that u have a tight muscle in ur back

Do you ever slip in the shower? I would guess that you slip a little which makes you tense and twist your muscles to stop yourself from falling.

you may have a sensitive back. the skin there is very sensitive.

or your water filter rocks my be making the water to powerful.
mh? that is a hard one

If it is the muscles:
You are possibly taking a shower for too long. It could be dehydration. Try drinking an 8 ounce glass of water the next time before you get in the shower.

If it is your skin:
You could have a rash, or an allergic reaction that the water in irritating.

Edit: Since it is in fact your muscles, it is most likely dehydration. (Especially if you are showering first thing in the morning.) You may also try drinking some Gatorade before you hop in to hydrate yourself first.

It is very common to get muscle aches and headaches when we don't consume enough fluid or take long showers, swims, etc. You may also consider taking Potassium (which is also found in bananas, Figs, Dates, Potatoes, and dried Apricots.)

o m g! that happens to me too but for me it feels like its sore or like i have to lay down i cant explain it but yeah i hate it. i think its because the hot shower and your just tired thats what i feel like is the problem

try one of those stick on heating wraps sold at drug stores they work well for a sore back .

one of the reasons might be heat makes your tissue expand and a way to get rid of that is turn on the cold before you get out of the shower // another thing is that standing might hurt your back so try a bath
your welcome Vince

Maybe from standing on the hard floor of the bathtub.
