exercise might help if you find yourself unable to stay awake. Sugar also gives you a burst a energy but then a drop. Try protein bars, peanut butter things that do not fill you up but will give you energy. A big meal will make you sleepy so stay away from that. Get up and move around while at work as often as you can is the only way that i can make it working night shift with no sleep. The only others are what you mentioned that i know of. Sorry i can't help more. Good luck tonight at work. You can also splash water on your face if it gets too bad.

I listen to Queen.

after 33 years of m/n-8 am i found hot tea does better than coffee walkign around and going out for fresh air and try to take a 1 hr nap before u go to work good luck

fresh air, music, chewing gum, hot tea, lots of WATER! ginseng suppliments or SAM-E suppliments might also work...definitely Try jumping jacks... you need to increase the oxygen to your brain to remain alert. Try napping before work if you can. Stay away from allergy pills or the like- they can make you sleepy.

drink loads of pepsi!!! it helps me
