I only got 4 hours of sleep and im used to getting 9 ughhh?!


Question: i didnt get any sleep last night cuz my mom woke me up from laughing and talking so loud,so i only got like 4hours of sleep and i wanted to go skateboarding and horsebackriding but now i wont be able to prob cuz im so tired and i wont be able to fall back asleep,ugh idk what to do,im use to get a lot of sleep so i feel like CRAP!!!

just get a dead arm or something that wakes me up ask i just ask my bro and he hits be and BAM! im awake and alert lol

lol. i was use to getting 10hours, but ever since i got some animation jobs, my sleep shorten to 5hours, but i got use to it. Get use and adapt

try taking a small nap for a couple of hours then wake up intime for your activities

Don't sleep. That's gonna be good for you because if you do, the lag resumes, so feel like crap now, or for a long time.

Wash your face with hot water, then cold - drink several glasses of water and have some coffee/other caffeine. Eat some protien, go for a walk. If you are in school, try to stay awake by taking lots of notes, or doodling. Try to talk to your mother later about what happened. She needs to know. Just be calm, don't loose your nerve.

That's easy to do when you're tired.

it may take u a little longer to wake up, but if your body is used to being awake you should feel fine even if u were up all night.
