Health question....?!

Question: I'm 16 years old and I sleep, a lot.
I go to bed at 9:15ish and wake up at 6 Monday through Friday but I can barely stay awake for class.
Somedays I fall asleep by 7 or 8 and I'm still falling asleep in class.
By the time I get home I need to take a nap and I'm too exhausted to do anything but sit around.

I should also mention I get headaches, sometimes a few times a week or a few times a day.
The little ones go away when I take a nap but the migranes stay for the whole day.
My vision gets blurred, I get light-headed and dizzy, and my balance is wayy off.

Is there any medical condition I should be concerned about or am I just a normal teenager?

i also sufferd with this....

if you are not eating enough all together this can make you feel like this, or if you have a bad diet. drinking plenty of water will help with head achs and migranes to keep to a minimum.

if this doesnt work you may not have enough iron in your blood, to solve this eat foods that are high in iron like red meats for example, if you still feel there is no differnce if you go to your local docter then they will proberly give you iron tablets which are alot more effective.

my boyfriend also has the same symptons as you, he went to his docter and tests prooved that he was enimic (spelling a little dodgy!)...this sounds more scary than it actually is, this just means have have thin blood basicly.

give the small changes in diet a little try and see how it goes. if that doesn't work then i would go and see you g.p.

best of luck!

are you sure u're eating well??
