Pinky toes?!

Question: My pinky toes were just fine until about 2 years ago when i ended up buying a pair of sneakers that were way too narrow for my feet. Well as you may have assumed, my pinky toes would rub against the corner of the sneaker, and cause the corners of my pinky toes to look puffy and swollen. I wore heels the other day and they were okay for a while but then my feet started to hurt real bad and my pinky toes kept rubbing against the edges of the shoe once again. I had nothing to change into, so i left them on for about 6 hours, constantly sitting down to give my feet a break. When i finally took them off i noticed that the skin from my pinky toes had peeled and are now once again discolored, and puffy. What can I do to make them look normal again? Any remedies?

Neosporin and wrap a band aid around it. Neosporin should help it heal better and return to normal, and the band aid will help protect it and cover the pain from the shoes. Advice is also to stop wearing shoes that are too small for you. It should take a week for your skin to heal back so it doesn't hurt, and about 2 weeks for your skin to heal nice and fully.

Try to wear flip flops, or wide shoes to give those pinkys a chance to heal again.
