No muscle tone?!


Question: Hey. I have little to no muscle tone in my back (especially) and my upper body (as well). What are some effective exercises that I can do with little to no equipment to help me get some?

the best and safest way to strengthen upper back muscles is to do wall pushups... stand about 2-3 ft away from a wall and put hands shoulder width apart on the wall in front of you and lean into it.. do push up.. start with ten SLOWLY. then build up to sets of 3.. and move up to more as your become stronger. then move to the floor and do real pushups... hope this helps
