How do you fix a damaged nose?!
Question: I have damaged my nose quite badly from my (previous) cocaine addiction.
I am wondering if the nasal problems are going to last or if there is something I can do. (I haven't used in a month) and...
My nose runs constantly.
The hair in my nose is almost all gone.
I have ulcers in my nose, one big one and two smaller ones (they won't go away!). They bleed occasionally.
My nose burns so much sometimes my eyes water.
I have to blow my nose when I wake up in the morning, because it is so "full", when I do there is usually "blood clots".
Ok, so I'm tired of this. Is there anything I can do to get rid of the problems? Is the damage for good?

You may have permanently damaged the hairs (cilia) in your nose.
You might have to go to MD for ulcers, which are like cracks in your nose.
You need to keep your nose moist.
Put triple-antibiotic ointment & rub it all around each nostril. 3X/day
Use saline nasal spray several times/day.
Use an antihistamine at night to clear runny nose...like Zyrtec.
If your nose bleeds a lot you need to get your nose cauterized by an ENT MD.
Some of these symptoms may be permanent & you might be prone to more infections.

Go to an Ear, Nose, and Throat doctor. You need to have those ulcers treated asap.
As for the pain, you could try sucking on menthol cough drops. Nice strong ones like Fisherman's Friend should help, or you could use Vicks Vapo-Rub to get a similar effect.
