A lot of back pain?!

Question: lately i've been having a lot of pain in my back, and especially in my right shoulder. usually the pain will start in my lower back and then move up. i haven't been doing any strenuous excerize, or lifting anything heavy.. my mom says it might be because of my mattress...(it's really hard XD). Anyway, i really dont know what could be causing so much pain in my back and shoulder.

you can use chinese tigerbalm gently massage it where the pain is.alsocompress that region with heating pad.wish u fast recovery.

maybe ur stressed out...

might want to have that checked out, it could be a pinched nerve or something, but never know, better safe than sorry.

Go to Overstock.com and look for foam matresses toppers; it helped my back a lot. I recommend that website cause the foam things are heavy and their shipping is cheap, and theyre usually on sale

it could be a pinched nerve or something, you dont always have to be doing much for that to happen. id go to the doc and get it checked out!

Sounds like your mattress to me.
A bed has alot to do with your body, and how it feels.

yeah could be thats the same problem that is happing to me or sleeping the wrong way too...:( kinda sucks i suggest getting a new bed or try streching before you go to bed might work a bit to worked for me for a bit till i got a new bed...:D

i hate when that happens.. relaxing a little bit might help you out a bit. Much luck! =)

An MD will not fix you but drug you for the pain. See site below for help with pain. It could be something serious. A hard matress is good.

When I was in high school I got a lot of back pain in my upper back and right shoulder. I am right handed. Since I graduated and dont have to sit at a desk all day and take notes my back doesnt hurt so much. I think my back hurt because of the strain of holding my body in the same position all the time. Also, if you are stressed out at all your mussels will tense up. This can lead to back pain.

It's the mattress. I experienced this too. I really had a HARD mattress. And everytime I woke up, my back hurts like hell. I changed my mattress and my pillows to really soft ones and after a few days, the pain slowly disappears. Try getting a softer mattress.
