I have a question about concussions...?!
Question: Ok, so about 6 months ago I had a concussion, but I had never had one before so didn't really know what to do. I feel really stupid, but I've only just discovered that you're not supposed to fall asleep with a concussion. When I had mine, all I did was sleep and sleep, in fact I slept for almost 2 days.
I wanted to find out how bad this was for me, and does it damage my brain at all?

i think the fact that your on here asking this question is a really good sign that your OK, plus it happen 6 months ago so i don't think you have any swelling or blood clots, see your Dr if your having headaches or if there is any lumps or bumps on your head, you can all ways call nhs direct and they can advice you better xx
