Help! I have to find my old immunization records...??!
Question: Im currently enrolled in a BSN program (nursing degree), and they're requesting all immunization records before we start our clinicals. Im 35, and i have NO IDEA where I'd find that information. Called my mother, and she has no clue either. Any suggestions?

You can contact the highschool (or gradeschool) that you attended- they should have the records (depending on when you graduated). I had been out of school for almost 20 years & they still had mine. Also, you can contact the local health department for the county in which you lived.
You can access your medical records from your doctors to find out what u had done, but it does cost about
