What's a healthy way to catch up on sleep loss?!
Question: You can't "catch up" on sleep. The key to a good nights sleep is to get into a routine. Wake up at the same time everyday, and try and go to bed the same time each night. If you can't sllep...DON"T FIGHT IT. Get up and do something borring until your tired and try again, but still get up at the same time in the morning. Your body will evenually fall into this routine and you wont feel tired anymore. Unless there is a certain reason why you are lossing sleep, then you have to deal with that reason before hand.

You never really "catch up" that sleep you missed.
You might find that you sleep in a little later the next day, but then you are done.
