Firstly, don't eat biscuits or pork chops!
2ndly, Have a cold glass of full cream milk and sip it slow (add flavour if you're one of those people who doesn't like milk on it's own).
If that doesn't work, then buy some antacid.
Lastly, if it still continues you should do what everyone who asks for medical advice on Yahoo should do.

You can either not eat the food that is causing it or take antacids. I would also talk to my MD if I where you. Make sure it isn't anything more serious.
Sounds like gastric reflux, sometimes known as gerd. If it is severe it can lead to complications to the esophagus or stomach. Have yourself checked by a gastro-enterologist for a definitive answer. Good luck
