I have the worst headache I've ever had in my life.?!
Question: I've had a bad headache for about 4 days now. It's more in the back of my head. I've also been really dizzy since this headache occured. No matter what I do or take I cannot get rid of it, not even temporarily. Can someone help?

Go to the ER. You need to be sure this is just a world class headache and not a leaking aneurysm or beginning of a stroke.
Since its gone on so long you need to pay a visit either to your doctor or to the ER. If meds and other methods are not even reducing this headache for you, you definitely need to have it evaluated further! Good luck!

It is either a migrane or vertigo?
Do you have medical history of this?
I think you should go to the E.R.

Don't ignore it. See a Dr. right away or go to the ER. A headache like that is a warning signal. It could be an aneurysm.
