stretching/yoga/light weight training
Working out an injury a month old can actually help the muscle heal faster. You will increase circulation to the area and encourage muscle repair. Take it easy not to re-injure yourself.
Heat intervals, usually heat is better after an injury that is more than a week old. But if ice feels better try alternating heat and ice. Especially after exercise.
Tylenol and ibuprofen. Alternate every 4-6 hours for pain.
Some people swear by a few nights of sleeping on the floor too!

you know what you should do drink alot of protin shakes and keep ice pack on your shoulder .and also cut out on the wroking out.P.S. feel better
