My wrist??!

Question: well, I just noticed this but whenever I flex my wrists so that bones farther out, my left wrist is normal, but my right wrist has a circle (white) popping out...It doesn't hurt but I would kind of like to know what it might be? (for a heads up, I do breakdancing so I use my wrists A LOTT)

Could be a 'ganglion'. In days of old, the doc took the family bible and slammed the raised-spot a whack. That still works, but no doctor will honestly recommend it... tain't scientific. It sounds like a body-reaction to overuse. See your friendly chiropractor for 1-2 visits; that's enough.

Oh my gosh I have the same thing! I went to the doctor and he told me its called a "ganglian cyst" (I might have spelled it wrong)...I looked up photos and mine is really small and actually comes and goes every few months its bigger or smaller but it doesn't bother me at all either. He said it is not dangerous and usually will just go away over time. You can have it removed but it does involve a large needle and a numbing shot- I think I can live without all that crazyiness. I believe it is something like cartilidge expanding out of a crack- sounds gross and painfull but it is quiet common and harmless. When in doubt- check with your doctor.
