Health question arm.. right side of body?!
Question: For some reason right now the whole right side of my body feels really weird. Like it doesn't hurt it just feels really energized kinda shaky. And the right side of my neck hurts like an ache...

This is very possibly the result of a nerve that is compressed as it exits the spine (a pinched nerve). You should get evaluated immediately as this can lead to more serious circumstances. Definitely recommend a nerve specialist. Also, make sure your blood sugars are staying in good ranges as this can be sign of hyperglycemia.
I think that's the warning sign of a stroke in some people, you might be a little young for that though..I'd see a doctor if possible
