She really should go to the doctor - it could be pnemonia which is very dangerous. If that is impossible, go to the pharmacy and ask the pharmacist what is the best medication.
your mom has her sinuses infected.i had that too.buy Otrivin nose spray, it helps.But, she would need to see a Dr, to get antibiotics.She is a smoker, and it will take her a bit longer to recover from a bad cold or flu.Take her to the ER(emergency) they don't refuse people without insurance.I don't smoke, and it took me 3 weeks to get over a sinus infection.The lung problem is more serious,she must see a Dr!
