frankly speaking the liver side effect for such drugs and drinks is reversible for short term use but it is exteremely danger and causes liver cirhosis and fatty liver on long term so plz keep away as soon as u can specially panadol

dont mess with your body....
consult a doctor for every doubt!!!

I don't understand how you can state that you are not using these things in an 'addictive way'. Truth is if you are taking the pain killers just to stay awake you can become an addict, plain and simple - its a big mistake!! Please do not mix things such as red bull with the pain meds, it can dangerously increase your heart rate to the point where you really end up in the hospital. To answer your second question, yes, those painkillers can cause permanent and sometimes fatal injury to your organs. So it is not okay to take long term. Best advice is to try to wean yourself from these meds if you really don't need them for physical reasons. The longer you stay on them the stronger your dependance will be. If you make changes to your diet (include lots of fruits and vegetables) you can dramtically increase your energy levels. Please try to do it naturally. Good luck!
