My mom keeps getting bad headaches out of nowhere can you help me please?!

Tell your Mom to go see a doctor immediately as soon as a headache starts so he can properly diagnose this. It could be anything from not enough liquids in her system to heart problems ( especially with her hands and feet getting numb).
If she's experiencing numbness in her extremities, or anywhere for that matter, she needs to see a doctor immediately. These are not normal and can be signs of a larger, more serious condition.
these headaches sound very vascular - she needs to see her doctor.
